Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- unworn or unused
- with tags
- in its original packaging
- with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns without prior authorization will be refused and sent back to the customer.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Estimated return shipping costs:
- between $5 – $15, depending on your location
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- the item is defective
- the item is damaged
- you received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- personalized or custom-made products
- perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
Personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
We also do not accept returns for:
- sale items
- gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item:
- Return your original item
- Place a new order once your return is accepted
European Union – 14 Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party appointed by you) receive the goods.
Conditions:
- item must be unused and in original condition
- with tags and original packaging
- proof of purchase required
Return Processing
Once your return is received, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved:
- refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- within 10 business days
Please note:
- banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process refunds
- original shipping costs are non-refundable
